Still cloudy and rainy in Donsol. I have check with Whale shark officer about sea condition, he said, water condition is same like before typhoon, but they coudnt find whale shark due to bad weather ( Rainy and dark sky) Also Diving operator advice to us that the Dive point are ready for diving. Water is clear and no wave now.
